- Inventorying Existing Capital
- Add Proposed New Capital (not existing)
- Prioritizing Projects
- Passing Chapter Resolution
- Six Year Plan
Project Authorization is Completed Funded:
- Develop Project Portfolio-Folders
- Conduct 164 Process for excepting funds
- Check all Pre-Procurement Activities (PPA’S)
- Give Completed Project to Lead Agency
